Corn Casserole- Recipe Box #8

This box came from an antique store in Kansas City, Missouri.  It's very utilitarian, but here's the box:


I love corn, so was excited to find this recipe for Corn Casserole:


Velda must be/have been a very good cook...there are several of her recipes in this box.  Here's the recipe:

Corn Casserole

1 can whole corn, drained
1 can cream style corn
1 Jiffy corn bread mix
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated for topping)

Mix together and bake 35 to 40 min at 375 deg.  Top with cheese- bake 5 to 10 min. longer.
